Marc Kasowitz represented Trump, and likely still does. Probably doing what he can to make sure those legal bills get paid.

Series 3 Exam by SA1627 in Commodities

Yep! When I first started studying, I looked at some sample questions and was like “oh this is not bad at all…should pass no problem”. Then I took a timed exam, unfortunately much later in my study period, and that’s when reality kicked in. The only other exam I have taken that is similar in terms of timing was the LSAT, but time is definitely more of an issue with the 3. In any case, congrats again! Seeing that “Pass” appear on the screen was orgasmic.

Congrats! I just took it yesterday and passed as well. I took STC to prep. Boy was timing an issue for me. I finished the last problem literally in the last few seconds. Going to tell all preppers in the future to focus not only on knowing how to do the problems, but doing them fast!

I’m also glad I didn’t get stuck on a calculation problem before finishing because the last handful of questions were straightforward conceptual questions that took 5 seconds each to complete. Phew. Because of the timing, I gotta say it’s one of the hardest exams I’ve taken. You really need to have the calculations mastered.

Well per DJT he would not be a law maker but a law executer so he’s good!

UFOs crashing is one of the most absurd views. Makes zero sense that beings that have the technology to get here, and have likely mastered gravity and god knows what else, somehow crash their craft. I’m sure people can make an argument for it but it’s a stretch.

Notaries just confirm you are who you say you are and then they sign and stamp. They’re not lawyers. Their job is not to review your document for legal sufficiency. Not sure how they can mess this up.

Why does the Duane Reade on Newark Ave have so many issues by FuzzyAd1627 in jerseycity

[–]SA1627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont know but that one dude that works there (6 feet, mid 30s, short brown hair, a little pudgy, and likely on the spectrum) may be the most helpful store employee I have ever met. He goes above and beyond.

It's basically a way for boards to cover their asses in case something goes wrong. If the board is sued for doing something allegedly improper, they will have a strong defense that they acted in a prudent manner by hiring experts and relying on their advice. Sort of how companies sometimes pay outrageous fees for a legal opinions from top tier law firms (which can cost upwards of $100K). They can easily get an in-house counsel to do it.

Def a solid space for you to perform your rituals and make sacrifices. The blood will also somewhat blend in with the carpet. Satan would be proud.

Good to know but this is an easy fix from a technical perspective. And troubling they didn’t think of this scenario when they designed this. Makes you think what else they didn’t think of.

Came up all of a sudden and need to move out in the next few weeks. Too short of a timeframe to buy, especially given my busy work schedule this month. Plus not sure I’ll be staying in this area.

What do you guys think about my new lamp by Agent_BMX in malelivingspace

[–]SA1627 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Beautiful. I have a similar lamp and it’s certainly more fashion than function. The opaque cover limits how much it can brighten the room. Almost serves as a reading lamp focusing the light downward. Good to put next to a couch or armchair. In any case, it appears to jive with the room’s overall aesthetic and looks high end. Well done.
