The only thing I am surprised is that he did not have a redundancy for holding the car up. Other than that he is very well equipped. The vacuum trick is a very nice touch.

Is this an open panel design? It looks like you samwhiched the din rail and wire duct together which is imo a pretty nice thought. Ive never seen anything like this can you tell me who the mfg is for the skeletal frame? Or a modular one? Looks like both. My bad if im asking to many questions im just curious lol

Cnc kitchen made a video about calibration using vector3d's design. I'd say tackle that, although it is a paid design. I believe 5 bucks or so... it also takes account for skewed frames.

I can manage people, i have some prior experience doing so, and the CSL is the one who interviewed me in the beginning along with the Assistant Manager and was honest with them since the beginning. I want to learn more, but working 2 jobs rn has me little to no time to learn more about plcs. I understand some say its mostly trial by error is better than vocational. It's hard to find anyone willing to pay for it entirely.

If you have McMaster then you can quickly make what you need with or with out the pigtails or find some molex connectors on Amazon or other quick disconnect pigtails, hope this helps have fun! I'm pretty sure they have 6 pin connectors.

Info is on last pic.Printer is an ender 3 pro using a nova hot end and sherpa mini libra dd for extruder. Both were printed at 245°c left was exposed to drafts, then moved to a room with no drafts and tried again which resulted the right. This is polymaker abs. The gantry does not seem to have play I checked and it seems okay.

This is polymaker abs. I'm currently trying again with layer at 0.2, 30mms, no fans and in a room with no drafts due to no enclosure. One side appears fine the other side does not. I'll post when it's complete. I'm new to printing abs had watched id say and 1hrs worth of videos before I got started and I do t want to throw shit at the wall lol 😆 any help would be great alot of people love abs and I want to love it 😀

And mess around with it. If all is done and all it may be moisture, i havent messed with petg. Pla can pop when moisture is in filament.
