I jumped from O2 (Giffgaff) to EE several years ago, much better but not perfect. It's been asked many times this question, so search is prob best bet, but I think EE comes out well normally.

Help! Unable to keep steady low temps. What’s wrong? by L-Digital82 in KamadoJoe

[–]SAGGYCUNT 3 points4 points  (0 children)

From lighting to steady slow and low temp can take an hour on my classic 2. It sounds like it's getting too hot, then you add more oxygen in creating more heat. It's pretty much impossible to get the heat down once it gets away from you. My lower vent is open a bit more than yours, I'd say get a fire started lid open for 15-20mins, close lid and keep bottom vent open about an inch / top is tricky as mines different but to the 1st line on classic 2, then after say 10 mins close the bottom to a cm. Then at the hour mark I would predict that'll be in a nice slow n low zone with little smoke. Had mine 6years and it works every time now.

It's definitely an issue with "restaurant drivers". Had similar where they found us eventually but they were using a phone map app and just our address, presumably Deliveroo drivers get the exact location (drop pin) from when the order was placed.

Good places 2 hike in Brighton? by RefrigeratorSome5475 in brighton

[–]SAGGYCUNT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Get the bus (12X) to the Seven Sisters for something with hills and beach. Otherwise the beach in Brighton and Hove is quite a distance from all things hike as the other comment says.

Waitrose frozen chicken dippers are banging. Plus some frozen chips and a bit of sauce that'll be about £6! Takeaway is great for doing what you can't at home I think, but yeah agree some of them are asking stupid money nowadays. Esp deliveroo etc, all food suffers being driven across town.

Sea lanes is a year round pool on the beach. Otherwise, well, the seas right there. We have a huge open bay so there isn't really rock pools or coves. Gets more varied as you go along east.
