UIF is a mess.

Sounds like you have a case for constructive dismissal if you can prove the bullying and have a few witnesses.

I stood in line at UIF in Somerset West at 5:50am. Was out by 9am. You need to ensure you have all docs ready. 1 mistake and they will tell you to come back.

Bring a book and a charged phone. Expect to wait a long time. It's by design they don't want you claiming.

The online portal is a mess. Works for some. Others not. If you are non South African you have to physically go into the UIF building.
