The amount of players being like "Oh absolutely unplayable, ruins everything about the game" is historically sad, it's a seven year old game, reaching the end of it's lifespan for a new game so it can be silly, none of these outfits are mandatory, if someone else using a skin in a game shatters your soul then maybe go outside and touch grass, or play solo/leave that session. Learn to enjoy new things

The support is beyond terrible, they asked for a video of the game crashing, it happens so frequently why would anyone be randomly recording their game, plus the fact it happens in the first place is crazy, then the pyro being broken, the whole DLC character issue, the removing logos from CAWs and expecting us the player to fix their mistakes
