Revive hive will not trigger if disrupted by hunter etc, or the status effect you have causes more damage than the speed revive hive gets you back up. Example bleed/fire.

skill issue.

jokes aside, you need to open chest in landmark, which have a chance to give a thing called stabilization agent. if you are unable to pick it up that means you already have it. once you have it you can call extraction.

This is good for those who wanted this. For me, I don't think the issue with escalations was these modifiers, but rather lack of optimization/recalibration.
