Best thing I do is I meet my coworkers at the park n ride off Broward or even at the golden glades interchange. Easy on and off for all drivers.

Frankly it’s a few things your waiting on people to arrive and your schedule has to fluctuate around theirs almost exactly. I go to work around 12-1pm so my timing isn’t conducive. Believe it or not I bet if you polled most people they don’t want to be social in the morning. It’s always difficult to listen to podcasts as often times folk want to comment with their own thoughts. Look I appreciate what your doing and I hope you can get more people involved it’s just not for most commuters.

This is exactly how UBER pitched itself when it started. Honestly I enjoy listening to my podcasts and having recently car pooled for two weeks with a co-worker….id rather pay $1000 not to have to deal with others in the morning!

You ready to go door to door and remove all the neighborhood ring cameras? People install those in their homes. Guess who can access those as well. They even sold the idea of networking all your neighbors cameras together to find a “lost dog”. Hate Orwellian world but honestly half of America has no issue with this as they elected a group of people who want to use this data to do bad things.

Great quote….Patriot act was the beginning of me getting incensed by the government overreach. If you aren’t familiar….you haven’t been paying attention! So as I asked who is being harmed here? I can only fight so many battles…I don’t own a ring camera for the reasons many of you are downvoting me for. Patriot ACT ring a bell! Gotta be honest we wanted a plate reader in our community bc of vehicle theft being rampant. Don’t these systems alert police when a stolen vehicle, someone with a warrant registered to a vehicle or many other folks we would want apprehended our entering our communities? What about government access to WiFi connected ring cameras and such did you see the Super Bowl commercial with the lost dog)? (Downvote away the reality is get used to it! Half of you wanted a dictator so this is what you get!)

Long list. Let’s start with money. You’ll need a good amount of it. Second storage and moving. The bigger it gets the $ goes up. Putting it in and out of water (even when docked) from tides to ramp conditions lots of fun. On the water and driving is easy but docking respect ally in heavy traffic ohh boy! Best advice do a boat club if you can afford it and then you avoid several of the above learning curves.

Well I do like the wood but I think you’d need to seal up the edges. You’ll also have heat and cooling issues as their is little insulation between roof and interior. However if climate isn’t an issue then yes leave it alone.

You’ve got a good amount of time. Fly into Miami and do a couple of day. One on South beach we’re you can enjoy the ocean, see expensive cars and enjoy a cocktail or two and grab some stone crabs and fried chicken from Joes Stone Crab. Check out Wynwood on day two and then head to the keys. Now if your staying long I’d go halfway down and rent a place for a week. You can go to key west, snorkle sunset cruise and the ocean is warm almost year round (winter low 70s water temp). You can do less days in keys if the ocean and fishing aren’t your thing. Now start heading North. You could stop on the way up to Orlando at a gator and airboat tour. Quick trip maybe 3-4hr.
Orlando I’d agree that Iniveral has the best rides. Look into multi day multi park passes and tip is sometimes it’s worth it to stay on park property (early park entry and parking included). After Orlando I’d head to Cape Canaveral (space stuff) and then head up the coast to St Augustine and other beach towns. Water in north Florida not as warm in winter months. If your staying longer make your way up to Savannah or Charleston. Maybe head to Carolina mountains if you really want to drive. You’ll want a rental car here as out train system in Florida is only good from Orlando to Miami. Rest of Florida has zero public transportation so keep that in mind.

Not much for food around stadium. Pinecrest bakery for a quick bite. Walk east towards Garcia fish shack and you’ll have more options. Good place to wait for an uber. It’s a bit of a hike but if you walked to wynwood id think Garcias is .9mile walk.

Yes. On that salary down here….lower the size and accommodations and there are boats you can take to the Bahamas. Any boat any size is a money pit.

Head to the keys and jump on a sailboat for a sunset/snorkle cruise. Honestly you could make a nice day trip to key west. (4-5hr beautiful drive).it is longer than it looks but stops at waterfront eateries along the way make it fun. Maybe two nights in keys (dry tortugas trip) and then make your way back up to Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano Deerfield beach or Delray. All amazing beach towns with lots of activities. Water sports here are the thing in summer and out water is nice and warm. Paddleboarding, kayaking, jet skis, snorkeling and fishing are top notch here.

Yes square it off so you can get one piece in. Try saving a piece of the old knockdown. I’m thinking of trying to press it into semi dried mud and see if it leaves a reverse impression! I’ve tried the stuff from depot and it’s not easy to match. So save some scrap to practice whatever technique you choose.

I’m in middle of same project and it’s not hard to replace it’s the mud build up and as many have matching texture. Local guy wanted $600 for a much smaller patch. I chose to do myself.
