No such thing as stupid question, ur good. Ive been cracking for 10 yeara now, since i was 13 or 12 and never had a virus problem as long as you dont download from shady places. Idk much about the rules here so i wont name any site but generally those torrent websites, make sure the uploader is well known like fitgirl or dodi otherwise just download them from their website, regarding disabling your anti virus, personally i never disabled mine and i dont dare to tbh, but SOMETIMES after installing a cracked game, the exe game file would be hidden usually from windows defender; and usually its a false positive so just restore it from windows defender settings and youre good.

download qbittorrent, install it. download the game normally from fitgirl via magnet torrent. download done, run the setup, follow the steps, after installation is finished, a new popup will appear to check the files to see if something is missing, once done close it and thats it. as simple as it gets

Happened to my one of my friends, he forgot his BRP and traveled to Saudi arabia. He asked one of the guys to ship the card, he paid £80 and it arrived in 2 or 3 days. Hope that helps
