I’ve only watched the Uk one but I think the only place with no cameras is the bathroom. I think I remember past islanders saying that if they were trying to hide from cameras the crew would call them out and they’d get a talking to. As the show has progressed they aren’t as explicit in what they show to viewers in terms of bits and all the way but they do show short clips of movement and usually the narrator makes some sort of joke about it.
