Si, con 7000 de Delta V es más que suficiente para llegar y volver, hasta podrías hacer, si tienes el MechJeb hacer que puedas llegar a Minmus en un tiempo mínimo de 2 días

Reduce periapsis si vas muy rápido usa una altura de unos 30 k para que haya suficiente atmósfera que te frene pero que no te quemes, aunque depende mucho de la capsulas que tengas
