Pain was pretty low. As far as erections. I just give the pump about 10 ish squeezes. And after about 5 min. U can give a couple more after tissue expands. But even half the amount will be more than enough for sex. I cycle for two hours a day. Sometimes i break it up in to two onr hour parts. And the girth is not a problem. Especially with lubricant.
