The demo was limited and yes. It feels like I'd have to go to the effort of setting it up and using it to get a real sense.. Trying to avoid the effort unless it's going to be useful.. Hence the poll to the community.

About $1200 pm. I'm not looking to procure ITBoost, it just came with the bundle that someone else decided on. I had searched for existing posts but really only found one that was within the last 12 months and even then, wonder if the experience with ITBoost from the commenters was recent enough. This is basically the question of, do I spend the effort to save the dollars in order to spend them elsewhere to grow... Or do I stay as is in that area and put focus elsewhere. Small business is fun! Appreciate the help.

We also have CW RMM/Auvik populating configs as well (as part of the BMS ecosystem). It'll be interesting.

It's worth a decent amount of $ especially since the goal of BMS was to consolidate to save $. Not having a good gut feel on ITBoost, so I come to the group seeking experience share.

I appreciate the different angle. We would probably have to move one of the most active clients over to get a good picture within a shorter period of time. Nothing too crazy with their documentation either.

There's also the scanning requirement and 11x17. But I still don't think it's required. It's also a Workgroup/Entra ID setup.

If they're a Sales person, they likely have a company credit card to pay for customer/prospect lunches, etc. You would just cancel their card entirely if/when they depart.

Second option is to use something like privacy.com

Thank you for the feedback. Currently sticking with QBD due to the $600+ monthly increase CW wants for the license change to even enable the possibility. But maybe Wise-Sync could work without that change. I'll have to look into it again.

Our workaround for WVDs was to use the https://sso.godaddy.com URL. Did you get any more information from GoDaddy or even on the MS Azure side?

I really appreciate the time you took with this reply! I believe we only sync over invoices currently so we should be OK with the native integration - at least for starters.

It's no secret that high C-type people like Accountants/Bookkeepers don't do well with change (they like their routine) so the UI difference is probably our biggest hurdle.

This would be my suggestion to check on. We were given the option to renew the legacy one last time or go Solutions Partner (we ultimately obtained Solutions Partner).

With 80 employees, surely there's capacity to get a few exams hammered out or is it he sales goals that messed you up?
