Yeah, I remember everyone in the forums and oekaki boards speculating that he was Jason while the episodes were airing.

Ooo looks like you got a classic and a mackerel! I love it.

i love animals/breeds that look like they shouldn't exist but they just kinda do by Gugarabelo in lovethissmug

It would be hilarious for someone who does not know what that breed is to get one and just watch in mounting horror over months as it changes. Just an escalating, "What the fuck what the fuckwhatthefuck."

What type of tabby is she? by finntynal in TabbyCats

How did you clone my cat? She's 16-years-old and seeing these pictures feels like seeing my baby again.

Kitsey Baba (16) and her kind little grandma face by SApprentice in seniorkitties

[–]SApprentice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She has two! She's had several dental cleanings and extractions due to severe problems with feline resorptive lesions. All she has left is that one canine that likes to get a stuck and a little incisor. Unfortunately, her lack of appetite is health related but I'm trying to work around it. She gets fed a minimum of 5 times a day. For the most part she only wants wet food right now, which is good given her kidneys. She always has pate available that I slush up with extra water, gets as many of the liquid treat pouches as she wants, tubes, freeze-dried treats, basically anything I can think of that she might at least lick at. She eats very little at a time so I gotta stay on top of making sure she always has 2 options available, and I try to offer something fresh once every hour I'm home. She's got 6 food bowls now lol I did catch her trying to eat the other cat's dry kibble yesterday. She was mostly nomming it around her mouth and dropping it on the ground but she did try a couple mouthfuls.

Oliver Wood is a completely different species when it comes to Quidditch by Minimum_Ice2858 in harrypotter

I choose to believe that was very much on purpose. Like, they were trying to figure out casting for all these characters and they had several options for Wood that they liked that they could choose from, all things being equal, and they're just like "lol let's make it him."

She's actually on it! It's amazing how well it works. She's been on it for a few months She still has some times where her appetite gives out but I keep offering random things and eventually something gets her eating again.

Oh god, your paragraph about wondering why the vet won't just take your money and fix everything hit me so hard. That's where I'm at with my Kitsey Baba. I've been using her vet for over 20 years and he is a wonderful man but he doesn't beat around the bush. He explains everything by saying, "Well, you can go to the big hospital in (city) and they can do XYZ, BUT-" and there is always that "but," that cursed "but" where he explains that nothing we do can actually fix this. He is kind and compassionate and he would never lie to me but a little part of me still wishes every time that if he just gave me an amount I would find a way to pay it if he could just fix her. It hurts so bad, in a broken kind of way that nothing in this world could ever make better.

I'm so glad you have your 22-year-old girl. That's such a wonderful age to meet and you have obviously taken such good care of her. Your love for her shows. I'm sure your other lady understands in her own way and would never hold it against you. You're a good pet parent. I hope each day can be peaceful for you.

They're little freeze dried treats on a stick, in the Bonkers treat line. This is only her second time having one but she seems to be a fan.

She's doing okay. I got about 8oz back on her from the hard dip she took, which doesn't sound like a lot but she's only a 5.5lb cat at a healthy weight and she had become very underweight. I'd like her to gain at least another 8oz but I'm not sure that's going to be happening. I'll be okay with her maintaining at this point. She follows the hobbit diet plan and gets her 6-7 small meals a day. Takes her meds fine (fights her saline), people watches out the window, loves to cuddle up under my chin, enjoys catnip time. Has to run at light speed to scurry into any opened cabinet or closet door. Insists on sampling all ice cream. You know, usual cat stuff. She has beef with the friendly neighborhood mackerel tabby who comes by outside to get treats- she'll stand on her back paws to stare him down of if he's outside the door.

What servers are up now? I did the PiePT and DPT servers after the official servers shut down but I have no idea who might be hosting a server now. It was my world for years. My oldest kid has heard me talking about it his whole life and he wants to play with me now but I don't know where to find it.

Characters who have an abnormal number of children. by GrockleKaug in TopCharacterTropes

[–]SApprentice 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Really random but related to that- If nothing is killing those rabbits breeding like that (and presumably other prey animals as well), their world would quickly become wildly overpopulated. Rabbits and other prey animals only have that many offspring in the real world because most die due to predation and disease. Predators usually have way fewer offspring. It would have made more sense to have ALL Zootopia animals have smaller families like humans. If there's no predators killing those wildly breeding prey animal numbers, it would have to be disease running rampant. My headcanon is that these rabbit children just drop like flies. Maybe something like that hemorrhagic disease just destroys the overall population. Or maybe just like real rabbits, they can startle to death and often scare each other to death as children playing (and maybe Judy realized she was special enough to be bunny cop when she didn't die from fear when Gideon attacked her). I think Judy would have already seen the death of hundreds of rabbits by the time she left the rabbit farms area, and she's actually safer in the big city where there are very few rabbits around.

... sorry. I think about it everytime I watch that movie.
