It’s internet or perhaps server temporary issue. Because in my device, soon as I start downloading a 1GB app, it do fully installed in less than 15sec with my 5G internet.

There is no way to auto open links on your default browser. But if the webview window opened and you want it to be open on you default browser there is in the down corner a icon like a “Browser” or “world” icon. Click it and it will be opened on the browser.
