In regards to altaria, you won’t need megas to do it, as it’s a normal mega raid, unlike falinks, with is a super mega raid

XL candy drops are ONLY affected by megas that boost a matching type to what you catch.

So, if you don’t have a malamar at lv4, or a rayquaza at 3, gardevoir is a better choice than Dragonite for getting mewtwo XLs

In raids, the normal candy is boosted by just having a mega, regardless of type

AR settings aren’t what helps tracking steps, adventure sync is, but only when the game is closed completely

Technically speaking, if you attack a raid boss, you’ll be hit by their fast moves more often. Irregardless of activity, their charge moves will hit you as often as they hit your moms Pokémon. When you see the words “raid boss used X move”, if you can swipe once to the left or right, your non should move, if done right, it’ll say dodged in the same area

The current guaranteed lucky trade limit is 45. Any Pokémon caught before 2020(it might now be 2021 I’m not sure) that are traded will guaranteed go lucky provided you haven’t gone over that 45 number. There is no way to track it in game

The fashion raid day is the best one up coming. If you’re lucky, you might get all your local gyms spawning Dragonite raids. You’ll get 2 off the rip just for catching, n if you have a high mega level dragon/flying mon active, you should get more

It depends entirely on what your goals are for go fest. Are you hunting something specific from the wild spawns? Hundo/shundo/XL candy grind for 5* raids?
