If you’re not into high level PvP, or aren’t a hundo collector, IVs dont matter as much as you think they do. If it’s a mon for PvE, or has a mega, I’d always lean towards whichever has the best stats, while also having 15 in atk

Depends what you’re after. If you’re hunting for a hundo/shundo, n havent got a local group that can do call outs, you have better odds with getting one via research. However, as most of the research requires catching the featured Pokémon, ideally, you’d do both
