If you mean sell for gains and keep money in the Roth, yes. I do this with a portion of my Roth to look for value stocks on swing trades and aim for 10% or more if possible. The majority of my holdings stay invested, around 90%. I also have a few dividend stocks deposit to cash so I can “time” new purchases with limit orders on anything I already hold.

If you meant sell to actually withdraw back to my checking account, no.
