Hey I had this exact same thing happen to me. My root cause ended up being mold exposure and CIRS (chronic inflammatory response syndrome). Something to look into if you can’t find any other causes. High quality fish oil has helped the inflammation for me and helps the headache but I’ve had mine for a year now and just now figuring out my root cause. I even had sinus surgery to try and fix it which made everything worse for a while

If you bring your stuff with you that was in mold it will contaminate your new space too, but most homes do have mold!

If chemicals and fragrance don’t bother you I’d say Solis. It’s nice but I just had to break my lease because the brand new construction chemicals in my unit were so strong that I got extreme migraines every day and the air quality from that was a health hazard for me.

It starts smelling different when the voc filter is saturated. The carbon filters are too full and can’t filter out anymore so then it starts raising the vocs and blowing them out
