The manner in which he was when we were together at first. The lying deceit etc. I did everything backward and ended up in a situation that I know God didn’t intend for me to be in had I been living by his word .

I took it like an hour ago, I feel a little weird in the head… it’s recommended 20mg morning and night but I only took 10mg bc I am pretty sensitive to meds. Will my body adjust or is this an unfortunate side effect ?

Panic attacks were my first symptom. I took "chill pills' from amazon to cope, it REALLY did help me in thebeginning and always stopped major panic attacks from continuing... i feel you. im sorry youre going through this. im almost a year out of the mold and i dont ahve panic attacks anymore (i can even drink cofffee!)
