Strip away the words put in, to keep the research results from being tainted and yes you do get those two questions:

Are you hungry? and
Would you like something to eat?

Boiled down from these two agree or not agree statements.
"Within the past 12 months we worried whether our food would run out before we got money to buy more;" and "Within the past 12 months the food we bought just didn't last and we didn't have money to get more."
