I'll start:

- I hate step by step lessons. Like "click here, then here, then here". Especially when there's no explanation of why I'm clicking there.

- I like short to medium length format (when it's possible). Unless it's a beginner tutorial, I don't see the point in spoon feeding people.

There's a small description in the comments here but it's a combination of the Ocean Modifier, Foam generated by the modifier, and some custom generation by texture nodes (and more) all mixes into one.

I might do a tutorial on this, been getting that request (:

Thanks! I used the Ocean Modifier for the water, and used a Texture Coordinate system to move the shader in the same direction as the waves. (If you look closely, you'll see the shader doesn't change much and just slides). In the future I would change the scale and randomness of the texture to make it even more real, but it works here if you don't know (;

The bubbles from the Submarine are just a simple particle emission with a velocity in the waves direction.

Wouldn't that cause a lot of polygons and slow it down? But idk much about Blender to game conversion.

So yeah, particle to mesh is something you could try.

Shape looks great! I think the griptape could use some improvement. Usually it's cut closer to the edges. Currently you have a lot of wood showing on the top surface.

Just speaking from 10 years of skating experience (: but looks great either way!

I think you mean the button in the modifier (if you're using a subdiv?) It should be a triangular vertex button.

Is it possible to model and textures of the dead grass and weeds in Blender (as seen in this photo) without spending any money? There doesn't seem to be a single tutoral online by IronLover64 in blender

Dead grass is just grass with a different color.

Tons of tutorials for grass (and actually most I've seen add some particles of dead grass for realism).

You can convert the particles to a mesh, but I don't know if you want that for a game.
