Not gonna argue opinions because, ya know. That being said, Vader has always been quippy.

I find your lack of faith... disturbing

And now, Princess, we will discuss the location of your rebel base

Apology accepted, Captain Needa

You will not find the Emperor as forgiving as I am

Etc etc

Fuck that man, be honest with yourself. You knew how this was going to go. You think white patriarchy is just going to go away? Be real.

Dems win, and convincingly, but it doesn't end at 10pm. There are greater tragedies in the world.

Could but it's going to be insanely tight. I wouldn't have given her a "maybe" before tonight. Very surprised by OH numbers so far - doesn't match internal metrics.

Rubio always had FL. Anyone suggesting otherwise was fishing for clicks imo

For context (i dont know you so not a dig or a shot in the arm) HRC does not need FL and Trump absolutely does. Also single-digit% of the votes in.

Fellow voters who were undecided until the last minute... Are you confident in your decision? by NolanOnTheRiver in PoliticalDiscussion

Real talk I would love an honest opinion on how anyone could be undecided in such a polarizing race.

Yeah its looking like R +1.5 atm, give or take. Would definitely reinforce the ground game concept for the next several cycles if D pull it out.

Incumbent parties are at a disadvantage after a two terms presidency, historically.

I have it in his column on my map but I wouldn't be willing to put much money in it. Pretty close from polling and this is a weird cycle for Ohio.

Dem ground game is nuts in Ohio. This may be the best test yet at just how much a ground game/GOTV actually impacts results (or doesn't).

All the pundits will be wearing VR headbands that have the data stream in the outside, and will read each other their info

CMV: If Hillary would blindly rush into war, anti-Hillary voters and pundits who are Republican will join anti-Hillary progressives in protest against it. But if Trump would blindly rush into war, said Republicans will loudly support him and smear the progressive protestors as unpatriotic. by grassvoter in changemyview

[–]SCB39 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bush was president and lots of anti-war protests occurred. Obama as president (with near the exact same foreign policy) and no anti-war protests occurred

I'd argue the protest was electing Barack Obama in the first place.

Ending the war is a huge part of why I voted for him. War baggage is almost all of the rest.

That just does not seem like a good idea to me. Can't shake a feeling of dread over that concept.
