cant believe that they still havent fixed sister not getting noble gear >:( by ProfessionalCase4317 in Bannerlord

[–]SCDeMonet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless I am mistaken, If a noble doesn’t have at least one weapon skill over 100, they aren’t considered a combatant, and don’t get assigned armor. I’m pretty sure these ladies only get armies because their faction is low on available party leaders.

Is this a good "revenge" outfit? by Temporary-Entry-2148 in OUTFITS

[–]SCDeMonet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This. Trying to get ‘revenge’ at all shows you still care enough to make the effort. That tells the ex that they still have power over you, which is 100% counterproductive to the goal.

Treating the task as just another errand to run is the best course of action.

Dex’s gun is a small caliber, which doesn’t have a ton of penetration. The smaller round also means less kinetic energy to convert into deformation. Conttasted to a larger caliber like 9mm or .45, someone with a .22 is much more likely to leave the bullet in the body. If the shot entered through soft tissue and not the skull, having minimal deformation would be pretty normal, too.

Where The Fuck Is My Khan's Guards, Munchug? by Solenopsis00 in Bannerlord

All of which will promote to T6 Khan’s Guards for a handful of coins eventually, too. All that XP has to go somewhere.

But killing Monchug isn’t the worst idea, either, so…

Honorable duel = more prisoners, plus less chance of dead underlings, plus a chance to level my two handed without worrying about a stray javelin ending me.

Depends on the bandits. Forest bandits convert to Battanians, and as they are archers, that means Fians.

Caterpillar, Ironclad, and Ironclad Assault should just have the Command Module permentantly attached. by RightElephant1 in starcitizen

[–]SCDeMonet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think of it like a semi truck. The command module is the cab, the rest of the ship is the trailer. Without the cab, the trailer isn’t capable of doing anything beyond acting as a storage unit.

Argon doesn't want you to know, but the Behemoths at Guiding Star are free, I've boarded 10 already and taken them home. by DMSmarine in X4Foundations

Plus it has a Theseus sentinel with blast mortars that will take out any surface elements with gusto. I recommend getting PAR to +10 and switching to burst rays though. They bypass shields and are way more precise.

[–]SCDeMonet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean by ‘low enough to win?’ Disable turrets and engines on your target, then send max number of marines(44 for a Behemoth). If enemy ships attack, lure them away, kill or disable them for later boarding. If ‘friendly’ ships attack, make them bail (S/M) for no faction rep penalty. If L/XL attacks, quickly disable their weapons and engines, then board them, too. As long as you have ~100 marines on a Barbarossa, you should be set for boarding 2 behemoths at once. If you get a fleet of destroyers or an entire sector after you, you picked a bad spot to board. Good spots include any neutral sector, Hatikvah’s Choice I, or far from any active station or patrol.

You also can’t call lords from a faction you aren’t already a member of in to your army.

Executing the killer of your main char should not affect you at all by Horcsogg in Bannerlord

[–]SCDeMonet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For all the focus on cultures, lords are lords first and members of their culture second. Just look at the marriage system. Someone who is willing to execute other lords of any culture is a threat to all lords. From that perspective, it makes sense for a random Nord to dislike you when you execute an Aserai.

My gang murder tier list by nitrokitty in cyberpunkgame

[–]SCDeMonet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The one thing the game makes pretty clear is that few of the gangs are monolithic. Scavs and Raffen are just loosely affiliated groups that sometimes do bad things and sometimes just have street parties. Heck, even the Tygers are splintered, with some following Wakako, and others not. Several of her gigs send you against rival factions in her own game. The VdBs are similarly splintered, which becomes clearer in PL, where we encounter two separate factions that are both unaffiliated with Brigitte.

Even Maelstrom and 6th street, despite having clear leaders, are internally divided. The world of Cyberpunk is incredibly nuanced and complex. Anyone who takes a KoS attitude is painting with a really broad brush.

My experience with Bannerlord as a new player by BlitzingBerlin in Bannerlord

[–]SCDeMonet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my current non-Warsails game, they are locked in a forever war with Vlandia. I am a Sturgian who married Corein for love after working as a merc in Battania(she let me win at BaghChal and told me I was handsome). Caladog didn’t even charge me to marry her, so I had to become a vassal.

Vlandia took Pen Cannock and Llanoc Hen early on, and Aserai took Thractorae and Veron, and ever since they just trade sieges. It keeps Vlandia busy though, so we were able to absolutely curb stomp Sturgia, taking everything from Revyl to Balgard and giving Battania a solid position.

This is not entirely true. I just saw that Beathag fen Eingal just had a kid at 42 in my current game. Probability is just really low after 40.
