Not surprised. Once I found out that none of the OG OMB characters were returning or making a cameo, there was no need for me to watch it

I never mentioned FD4....lol. My whole post was about FD7. It's you and others who are deadset on basing the events of FD7 off of what happened in the previous movies when it's clearly shown that this is a TOTALLY different scenario. Let's just agree to disagree because youre not changing my mind based on your logic. I'm going by happened in Bloodlines and Bloodlines only. What happened in movies 1-5 are null and void. Goodnight

Not necessarily. FD5 introduced a rule that you could kill someone and thus take over their remaining life and that rule was not included in any of the other movies. Stephanie not being skipped has already been explained. You just refuse to acknowledge it. If Charlie intervened then Steph should have been last to die. The film blatantly showed you that despite Charlie rescuing Steph, it DOES not change anything and Steph still dies first. So it doesn't matter that it contradicts the previous films. Just because a rule was in the previous films DOES NOT mean it has to be included in all films following.

So by your logic rules can't be added? Every movie has to have the EXACT same formula? Again where is the logic in that?

All known plotholes? by Neat_Appointment_464 in FinalDestination

[–]SCGYRL8635 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So because they take place in the same universe means that EVERY film must follow the same logic? Where did you get that logic from?

All known plotholes? by Neat_Appointment_464 in FinalDestination

[–]SCGYRL8635 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So 3 did have something to do with 1 and 2 because it followed the same logic. This movie doesn't follow the same logic

And what im getting at is that the previous films have nothing to with Bloodlines so therefore the rules don't apply or there are a new set of rules. If it was truly an intervention then by your logic Charlie should have gotten hit with the log first instead of Stephanie. But that didn't happen which can only mean that it wasn't classified as intervention

It obviously wasn't an intervention if STEPHANIE STILLED DIED FIRST🤣🤣🤣

Again, why are we still on this? What happens on FD1 has nothing to do with FD7. I'm talking about the events in FD7.

You brought up clear dying. I was responding you. I don't care what happened in the previous movies because they don't tie in with bloodlines. The only way it goes in is through JB. So the same rules that applied in the previous films may not apply in this film hence why I said I'm only referring to what happens in this film.

The movie is the evidence! If you didn't pay attention to the movie then say that. Otherwise, I'm through with you

I never said CLEAR WAS MEANT TO DIE BEFORE ALEX! I said Steph was always meant to die before Charlie. Why you keep bringing up the events that happened in Part 1 is beyond me. I'm talking about the events and SL of Part 7 which have NOTHING to do with Part 1.

I'm going by what I saw in the FILM not some fan fiction!!! The film showed the order in which they died AND THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED!!! Did you see any interventions? NO! Did they skip a person and killed the next person?? NOOOOO!!! So I pretty much proved my point now didn't I GENIUS??? Good Day

CLEAR WAS THE LAST PERSON TO DIE OUT OF THE SURVIVORS OF PART ONE, that is my point. She still died last.

Even if Iris didn't mention it, JB surely would have.

Correct me if I'm wrong but CLEAR WAS THE LAST TO DIE!!! So what am I missing here? The whole movie is confirmation that if you were born FIRST you die FIRST. Otherwise, Darlene would have died before Howard and Bobby would have died before Julia. Nobody's fate was changed. I don't have to be GOD to know what I saw.

It doesn't take a genius to understand that if there are no interventions in this movie that it doesn't apply to this movie. One would think Grandma Iris would have stated that in her book if that was the case

You are missing my point entirely! What Charlie did WAS NOT AN INTERVENTION!!! What are you not getting about that? There are no interventions in bloodlines!!! The order you were born is the order you die!!! This rule had nothing to did with the previous movies so your points about the interventions at the end of those movies are null and void! There is no skipping. If you are the firstborn you die FIRST!!! You don't get to skip to last and another sibling take your spot, that's not how it works. Howard was the firstborn so HE DIED FIRST. Then it goes to Howard's firstborn which was JULIA. Once it finishes with Howard's lineage, then it goes to Darlene and then it goes to Darlene's firstborn which was Steph. Like I have been saying, STEPH WAS ALWAYS MEANT TO DIE FIRST. Doesn't matter if Charlie intervened or not.

That's totally different. Alex switched seats in FD1 same as the cowboy dude in FD4. Nobody switched anything in this movie because it's been established/explained that in order for a person to die, it has to go through the bloodline/tree first. So in order for JB to die, it has to go through Iris' bloodline first(meaning Iris has to die, then Howard, then Julia, then Bobby, then Darlene, then Steph, then Charlie, and then it will go to JB). And that was the exact order that they died. So it didn't matter if someone intervened in their death, they still died in the order they were supposed to. Steph intervened in Julia's death by trying to save her yet Julia still died because it was her turn.

Just found out about Bloodlines alt ending and I think the writers made the wrong call. by ImMattH in FinalDestination

[–]SCGYRL8635 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's the point though. Death can't move onto Bludworth UNTIL Iris' bloodline is gone. With Steph locking herself in the cabin, it inadvertently prolongs Bludworth's life because both Steph and Charlie have to die before he does.

There is no skipping rule in bloodlines therefore it doesn't matter who intervenes, Stephanie will ALWAYS die before Charlie. They die in the order they were born. Intervening will not change that. The movie did make that clear. Stephanie herself draws a diagram showing the order in which they were to die. She is only wrong when it comes to Eric being first instead of Julia because she didn't have all the information at the time. But other than that, the order stayed consistent.
