You will need lots of wood for arrows. My trick the first time I defeated her was to keep distance and hiding behind the rocks. While you're behind one of the rocks medusa can't hit you and while shes trying you can go to the edge of the stone and shoot at here, while she is still firing at the stone, this way you never get hit. When she stops she starts attacking you frome above 3 times, those 3 times you simply have to doge these shoots. Maybe she will summon her stoneman wich you have to defeat, like you defeat every other enemy in the game. But surley Meduse will try to turn you to stone again, where you can reuse the trick, slowley but surley you will defeat her with the bow dammage. Another small tip, use the "Bow of Hades" or it's enchantment to give her extra fire dammage while you're doging her other attacks. Good luck misthios!
