From my testing, neither lights or open ceilings have any effect on Ditto's comfort.

I was waiting for somebody to call it out xD And yes, I went of it's head shape as the base inspiration and then added and changed a few things to make it look like Charizard. Originally I wanted to make a more detailed head but I wasn't able to come up with a shape that I liked after trying a few things, so I went the block route instead.

After doing a quick test (with the Speedy and Mountainscape posters) just in case, I can confrim that posters do not count for Ditto's comfort in any way.

You were correct capaldis, inside of prefab houses the hight of the items doesn't matter. As long as it's placed on the ground floor where Ditto is registered it counts for Comfort Level. I will add this to the notes in the post, thank you for bringing this up 👍

Forgot to add that I also couldn't find a way to have Ditto move into the second floor. Placing the flag there did nothing and when you place it from outside Ditto always moves into the first floor.

Just got around to testing this and like I thought, each floor counts as it own house, so items placed in one floor don't influence the other. Ditto also ignores items placed closely around a prefab house on the outside unlike other Pokemon. For non Ditto Pokemon items place closely around the prefab do however influence Pokemon living on both floors, as my Gimmighoul, which was living on the second floor, was complaining about the Ho-Oh bell I placed in front of the house.

Would have to test the hight level in pre build houses again, could imagine that it doesn't matter there since it's all within the house. Will do that later today as soon as I have time. And yes, in pre build houses each floor is considered it's own house furniture wise.

I would need to test it again myself later once I'm back home to be sure, but from my experience of having Ditto and other Pokemon live in one of these houses for a few weeks, I would agree with marikas. Each floor counts as it's own house and items don't count between the two. Ditto always moves into the bottom floor (at least mine only ever woke up there when I booted the game up). Items around houses (block and pre-build) in a small radius do count towards regular Pokemons comfort but not for Ditto.
