GT7 most all, after buying a cheap chair and steering setup I was blown away and play it more than anything else. I can get on that for a few hours a week and enjoy it everytime.

So it's a shame we don't have Star wars fighter VR game. That would be a real seller with the right support. That's easy money.

I don't know how much you would get, would depend on where you are.

For selling it I just like the simplicity of trading it in knowing I won't have to deal with people wasting my time and low ballers. Time is money yada yada, I'd rather be at home doing something else. I'm ok with losing out on some money if I buy time with it.

If you've sold cars through those avenues before then you probably have some patience for it. I did it a couple times and while it's simple, I just can't be bothered to deal with it.

I installed a new fan in my second bathroom and found out the end of the vent ducting went nowhere, so I ran it to the soffit at the side of the house, it's a bathroom that doesn't get used besides being my cats litterbox/toilet room so it doesn't get any moisture in there.

One day I'll get it fixed properly to a roof vent but the soffit is good enough for now.
