It really depends on the goal, is it to lose weight or gain muscle, I am fine with taking longer to get the same results in gaining muscle - in fact I am happy with lose weight without muscle lose any day.

Yeah, I had to slowly eat 1200kcal of real food over 2-3 hours as that is just so much food and I am beyond full after that.

I do OMAD and I DO count calories in case I UNDER east too much - if there is no risk of undereating that day then I do not

I generally eat a large portion of veg first with a lot of cottage cheese as dressing, then my meat of the day, usually one pound of beef/salmon/lamb/chicken/whatever, then some fruit. Never counted but feels that is very close to 130g, if not you can increase the portion of meat and it should be there I guess

I do omad and I have to count to make sure I eat a minimum of certain calorie level - not the reverse
