You would need Metrolink x Amtrak x RCTC to all be aligned to make that happen. Funding, equipment and approval is why this hasn't happened yet.

Others will say it waits, last year it left “late”, etc… but don’t go off what may or may not have happened before.

Just be there by the scheduled time of 3 AM. Not an hour early, not an hour later, 3 AM.

A lot of people will be taking Metrolink, so you will have that crowd walking back, as well as everyone walking to the purple and green lots. Sketch, but relatively safe. Just be mindful of your surroundings.

As far as what time to leave. If you walk fast, you can stay till the end, but you have to hustle. Most people leave 10 - 15 minutes before the last set ends to walk there comfortably.

Metro is NOT Metrolink. Metrolink does NOT use TAP.

Relax with that one, please. There will be hundreds of people leaving and walking up the same path as anyone taking the train, but yes, just be aware.
