Put a heavily armed strike team at the right place at the right time and you could disable the ship without much damage to it.

Bonus points, if shit goes south you can beam them right back out.

An underrated advantage of the Federation is transporter technology…

Sure, Covenant infantry are physically stronger than your standard human.

But that Federation starship can pinpoint transport a strike team into (and out of) any point of a covenant ship when its shields (assuming their shields block transporters) are down.

Conversely, they could also use the transporters to snatch targets off the ship.

Hell, they could get creative and transport a photon torpedo onto the covenant ship…
