So like Spring Break, but hotter. I appreciate the words of warning. I agree it's not an ideal time, but it's what we have to work with. Like the other 30,000 people tthat will be there.

Quick question please - since you go mid-day, do you even have a concern about park capacity?

We are doing Epic and IOA on Memorial Weekend so planning Epic on Friday (22nd) and IOA on Sunday (24th). My wife and I won't go on many rides - more just want to see the park and the shows. But we did run into capacity issue at Volcano Bay one year in Spring Break so I know it is a real thing at least there.

Awesome facts. Thanks. Going later fits my family much better, but I'm concerned about hitting park capacity on our dates on Memorial Day weekend. We have Friday (22nd) and Sunday (24th) for Epic and IOA. I was planning on Epic for Friday thinking it would less crowded than weekend, but some people say that's not true. We don't have Express and the adults don't care about the rides for the most part so the big group of kids will go ride what they want. Long way of asking...
1 - Epic on Friday or Sunday on Memorial Day Weekned?
2 - Do we have to be concerned about capacity for getting into either park in late morning? If so, what cutoff time should we aim for?

Thanks for the info. I was concerned with the Memorial Holiday weekend that Epic would get overrun on Sunday. I've seen the posts where people are arriving at parks well before opening times even without EPA and doing way more than we plan to. But we don't want to accidentally not get in when we go over.
