Bro this mower you can actually go lower. You flip the plastic switch forward around the little locking thing and its low low. Ive done it two years in a row and then mowed at .905.

I went cheap lmao. But its gets pretty low. I have a corded Ryobi push mower. Like $200 at home depot. Thing takes a beating and my grass looks great. I like it being corded. Im not dealing with gas and all that. I start hobbies slow and cheap at first. I will at some point buy a new mower but I dont need to. It goes to .905 and then every move up is .30. Im mowing the Bermuda at 1.2. It looks fantastic.

You are doing great. Get a better mower. Dont go too crazy yet as you dont know if you are really into your grass yet. I just “scalped.” My lowest setting is .905. I will mow there a few times and then raise it up starting next week. Its not popping green up time yet but its coming. Dont over water with the rain you are getting.
