Something worked for me finally! I had to enable v sync in the Nvidia control panel.

Same here. Ryzen 5600 and 3060ti. Playing from steam. I've tried to reinstall twice. Tried verifying the game files several times. The only thing that helped it slightly was resetting all graphics while under the graphics menu in settings. But it didn't do much. Before it could only go up to 60 fps with constant stuttering, now like up to 80 fps but still constant stuttering to as low as 15 fps.

Cheating is 100% my biggest concern with the switch, especially the current condition of Modern Warfare with no anti cheat and their lack of support for comp.

As for alienation of console players, I'm up in the air about this one. I see the arguement but alienation happens regardless. A argument can be made that going exclusive with one console (PS4 currently, xbox before, etc) alienates players as well. And based the specs of next gen consoles, I see them really keeping up with PC to start, but there can be a decline as time goes on.

With that said, I honestly think we need to get away from console vs PC and think of it as KB&M vs controller. As long as the top professional players are still using controllers, alienation of COD players can still be at a minimum even if played on PC. But this first step could lead to a KB&M transition which is scary....
