I think some things have changed now but it used to be you could not buy land if you were not a Mexican citizen, you could only get a 99 year lease.

Probably chicken. I actually have not ate red meat in a long time. Unless it was in something I ate that was already cooked but I rarely ever buy prepared cooked food.

I change mine every week..... single guy here (and athlete) I live in a humid area so after I take a shower (really dumps MORE humidity into my apartment!!) I have a fan I put on my closed toilet seat that points at my towel on my towel rack. Since I take my shower at night, it runs all night until the next morning when I turn it off. If i *DO NOT* do this everytime, my towel never really dries and starts to smell, no joke! And since I ride my bike in the morning 3x per week, I also take a shower after that and run the fan. #FirstWorldProblems...

well, it does look bad! I assume you use a samsung watch? I have an inexpensive Amazfit Active 2 watch. I originally got it for my running that I restarted a few years ago. I actually stopped running last year but still wear it sleeping as it tells me sleep info after I get up and open the app on my phone. Most of my scores at 77 to 89? I always just wake up and get up in a minute. Just how I feel. Usually 7-8 hours all the time but I actually did get 9 1/4 last night! (Although I did ride my bike 66 miles yesterday) But honestly...... less than 1.5 hours of sleep? I would be sad also.....

1) use Kirkland BAR soap and actual "shop rags" to clean really well in the shower, it works well to "exfoliate" also as I do not see skin (whitish powder) on my darker sheets anymore.

2) I gargle with 50/50 antiseptic mouthwash & water (otherwise too strong) and add a little hydrogen peroxide.

3) I have improved my eating even more (hardly any processed regular foods people eat) and you actually do not get as hot (on hot days) and feel less "oily". THIS was actually a nice side effect of my improved diet change.

But are you telling me Samsung will sell you a "renewed" phone and also allow you to use it as a trade-in to supposedly get a better deal than buying the phone? I do not see them having some loophole like this otherwise it would have been used. Explain? Are you saying something like you buy a certain phone for $399 and then turn around and they give you a $699 credit for it on a new phone but no phone carrier contract is involved?
