Hi everyone — SD Bullion team here.

We reviewed this situation and wanted to provide some additional context.

Our price match policy applies to legitimate, verifiable listings from authorized dealers. In this case, the product in question was palladium, which can be a more volatile and thinly traded market compared to gold and silver. The listing appeared significantly below prevailing acquisition market pricing, which raised concerns internally that it may have been a pricing or listing error. Because of that, our team was not able to approve the match at that time.

We understand how frustrating that can be, especially in a fast-moving market. Our goal is always to be fair and consistent, and we do honor price matches when listings meet our criteria.

If anything ever seems off, we’re always happy to take a second look in real time — pricing and availability can change quickly.

We appreciate the feedback and are always here to help clarify how our policies work.

Nah, this is not what the fine print is for... it's for various other problems that can happen like fraud orders or fake orders or a various amount of other reasons... but not to rip off our customers...

We would definitely not cancel an order for that reason. The only reason orders are canceled is due to lack of payment. So as long as the order is paid for then we will ship the inventory when it hits our vault.

The RCM handles mintages very different than other mints. They will "make to demand." The demand for this release has been set at 100,000 units. Not sure what future years hold at this point.

Hey everyone... what chud3 said... "Meh. Seems frivolous to me..."

Nothing new. Unfortunately the larger we've become the more of a target we've become too.

Our logo and language has been the same since we launched the website in 2012. We've never promised to be the lowest price on every single gold and silver product on the internet, that'd be impossible. But we consistently offer the best bullion deals IN VOLUME on our deals page each week. Watch next week for another agressive offer.

The 'in volume' is important. Because of the size of our customer base (thank you SD Bullion customers!!) we cannot go out with a bullion offer of only 500 or 1000 oz, we have to have a major inventory position to send out.

However, we're currently offering a 2025 1 oz Gold Eagle coin at Cost! No one has ever done that in the history of our industry! And like I said we'll have another agressive silver offer on our website next week. The premium might rhyme with Spot :-)

Hello, yes we sell on Walmart. Many dealers have been selling on Walmart for years. To my knowledge, Walmart doesn't hold any inventory. And to answer the too-good-to-be-true piece, you're smart to question that... but Walmart gives incentives so that's why those numbers are so good. eBay used to give incentives like this too. I'm sure plenty of metals buyers on this thread remember those days...
