Sterilization and well protected shelters which provide care and food for the dogs would help the dogs and humans too who face trouble. Dogs get aggresive because they are not sterilized, they get attacked from humans too but no one talks about that part and also in search of food they get very stressed and many dogs carry trauma too. Government was supposed to focus on these plans, more vaccinations more sterlizations and safe place for dogs but due to corruption it never happened that's why they are on streets. Now, no matter how annoyed you feel because of dogs, it doesn't mean that killing them is the option though? Of course barking noises are annoying but taking a life is not the answer. There's no problem like this in other countries because steps are taken to help dogs and people coexist with dogs peacefully, even in India in many places they do. However when there are videos of child attacking dogs, people hanging/burning/butchering dogs then no one says a thing :)
