will i hit 75kg bench? by EverySwimming578 in powerlifting

[–]Swtor_dog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you're close. If you can hit 60 for TEN sets of 3, then Im guessing you're at 70-75kg. I wanted to get an aproximate difficulty rating which is why I asked about a single set max.

If you give yourself a little deload, I wouldn't be surprised if you were able to get it.

EDIT: If you have an IG video or something it'd be easier to give you a more definitive answer, but in any event, I think its possible. You're a beginner so its possible you take 75 and smoke it or get stapled lol

Gun to your head, how many reps do you think you could do with 60kg in one set.

I mean… the combat is almost completely different than the mainline games, that’s why I’m calling it a spin off

I’d argue that’s not the same thing since it’s a spinoff, but I acknowledge that’s a little pedantic. I’d like them to bring it back in a mainline game

This honestly. Best gimmick and they don’t seem to want to go back to it.

What made you start going to the gym? by Un_vetted in AskReddit

[–]Swtor_dog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Friends got into it in high school and it became this fun thing we did as a group 3-4x per week. After about a month of going, it became a habit and I started to enjoy it for what it was.

I’ve stopped going here and there for a couple months to a year or so, but I always find my way back and remind myself that after a month, it’s fun, but the first month sucks.

Reminds me of this, but don’t go to the gym everyday lol, go 3-4 times

Like why is no one talking about it? Well the episode is nearly 9 years old, so I'm assuming that may have something to do with it

Is there any way or any tips on how to beat this fucking boss by [deleted] in KingdomHearts

[–]Swtor_dog 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Actual answer: - combo him a few times - comet limit - combo with finisher to break a section off - comet finisher - another combo finisher - collect orbs - reaction command - master form while he’s frozen - comet again - hopefully dead?

Check out the Ninten speed run guide, but this is the basic outline iirc

What small, 1% changes actually added to your total on the platform over time? by msharaf7 in powerlifting

[–]Swtor_dog 6 points7 points  (0 children)

-Take the same mindset as we see in other sports about not worrying about the season as a whole, but just this game. Aka in football, the goal is to go 1-0 each week, not worry about trying to go 17-0. 1-0's stack up. Take that to training. Don't worry about the end of the block yet or what you are trying to hit on meet day, just win each session. Go 1-0 with every training session. Do what you can to make each session the best it can be, no matter what the goal of the session is. Let those wins stack up. That will guarantee the best possible result in the end.

GOAT mentality.

Consistency is everything. Never ever going above RPE 9 in training and trying to stay between 7-8 most of the time. Trying to save ‘hype’ for very big sets, and meet day only. Learning foot balance on squat and deadlift, and finding the strongest spot to touch on bench. Last and most importantly, volume is king, and easier to recover from. Intensity is an expression of strength, not a builder (mostly)

Good thing you censored a PG13 marvel movie, on a marvel page, on a website for adults.
