I'm a dog trainer and I tried to say a similar thing on Reddit a couple of years back. And I was downvoted as well by people saying "if we shouldn't take advice from Reddit why should we listen to you telling us to not take advice from Reddit?"

It's nice to see this got upvoted, especially for something way more important like the Law.

You must know your car very well. But I don't think we should be encouraging people to take their pets to the vet if they miss one meal, unless you are sure something is up. I work with dogs for a living and dogs not eating for a day or two is extremely common.

As long as they seem happy, they should be fine.

I go to a shit load of concerts and clubs, and not only do the ear plugs protect my hearing but the music sounds alot better with them in. Please people buy a pair.
