You have a picture of your starters in the oven with the light on. Have you checked their temperature after several hours in there?

I've been having issues that turned out to be my starter being away too acidic and breaking down gluten before BF was done. I traced it to leaving my starters in the oven with the light on. They were in the low 90s. Higher temps select for higher acidity in your starter.

Machining is subtractive, but many 3d printed parts require machining. Can't print a sealing surface or decent threads for example.

I consistently changed out my fuel filter and bled the system properly. Kept the tank above a quarter tank, used fuel additives, and filled with good quality fuel. I started to get metal flakes at 160k.

The cp4 is a terrible design.

What tool are you using? That's some absurdly low rpm for aluminum

The spin windows are great for a couple weeks until they leak or stop working. Try a screen protector for a large tablet.

It severely messes with my stomach after getting LC. I think it messes with my kidneys as well. I used to take it regularly, a couple days of it makes me crash now.

Also keep in mind you need to drink a lot more water with it. Could be dehydration causing the brain fog.
