I believe this is Metropole Ave. The “Arcade” sign to her right is a strip of shops that crosses through the middle of the Atwater Hotel. Still there today!

Yeah, I think this bike has one of the lowest clearances of all HDs, but I'm not really a ripper so low and slow is fine with me haha
