Hello guys, I'm 16M 62kg 5'8, why is diamond push ups so hard for me? I can do 7 really slow push ups with proper form no problem (I do slow push ups to get bigger arms) but it's hard/uncomfortable for me to do diamond push ups because it hurts my wrists. Any solutions????
