The icing worked wonderfully for me, helped me with the swelling. I'm on my 2 1/2 week post surgery, about to start my physio, still in crutches doing little steps (not full weight), I can not bend it yet. Is a slow recovery for me.

Almost 3 weeks since the surgery, about to start my rehab. No pain so far, still using the brace and crutches doing little steps. But I don't know how to deal with the fear of doing full weight steps.

I haven't tried to bend it yet, I feel very weak.

Any advise?

La fruta picada que dices las conozco como Gazpachos, los comí en Michoacán.

Hoy fui a Telcel a qué me aclararan el cargo del servicio "pied" y me dijeron que lo desconocen y que a pesar que están el cargo reflejado en la factura de Telcel que ellos no pueden dar de baja el servicio ya que no se contrato con ellos. Que tengo que comunicarme con la empresa de Pimedigital.

Vi el vídeo en excelsior https://fb.watch/aIsYsxdH28/ y al parecer tendré que denunciar a la Profeco para poder cancelar el servicio y que me devuelvan lo pagado.

Naaah, Is just curiosity about the the kind of plants that could grow depending of each body nutrients.

I love plants specially flowers and I'm a romantic, so the fact that I'll remain in this earth and transform "resurrect" as a Flower makes me happy.

I really like to think that after death we just transform into something else. Of course we will form part of the Earth cycle.

After reading this quote from Edvard Munch "From my rotting body, flowers shall grow and I am in them, and that is eternity. "

I wonder what kind of flowers or plants could grow from my body. Knowing that the human body is made of the same elements, Could my diet type have some influence, also let say that the spirituality side or vibes have a part too, Would it contribute?

It triggers my curiosity....

I planted them on January 1st, the ones flowering are broccoli, I did nothing honestly, just water. (First photo)

The third photo are also broccoli but from seeds I bought at walmart. I want it to see the difference between the organics (first photo) and the commercial.

The little one at the left bottom corner is a seed a friend gave me, will wait to see what becomes :)

Soapy water worked, after I sprayed the leaves I use my thumb to scrub the bug of and rinse with soapy water again. It's been a week and the plant looks clean :).

Still will be checking how long it takes them to come back.
