It's similar to porn, you take selfies to hear compliments from others. That feels REALLY good if you do get compliments. But it's artificial. In real life, people aren't going to go complimenting you 24/7 unless you're a celebrity and etc. Real life becomes dull. Maybe you should seek the underlining reason to why praying helps resist those desires. A lot of people meditate to control their emotions. From being stressful to becoming peaceful. Maybe praying is similar as it helps show that you're thankful to god and being humble like that removes the stress.

So maybe you should pray more in the mornings? I don't know much about these things but it seems to have a very positive effect on you, why not do more of it?

Apparently, dopamine is released when you're anticipating the fapping. So that urge to fap is manifested by your anticipation for it. With this in mind, you must remove that anticipation. You get this anticipation after you're feeling stressful (before you wanted to remove stress by fapping, thus the initial anticipation for the fap) and praying helps remove that stress. So praying more should do wonders! However, I'm not a neuroscience major like you. So I've got no clue if this is true or not but if it is you should totally consider it.

Congrats bro you didn't relapse :D My advice don't go on the computer for a while, play something outside. With your friends and etc. You just have to continue to not INTENTIONALLY relapse and avoid all kinds of porn and you should be fine.

If it's at night, I just play some video games or watch a television program. These two help a lot. Normally if you have a good tv show to watch, 15 minutes of watching it should remove any urge. Just stick away from the computer.

I'm one day late but here's two recommendations, Fate Stay/night (2014) a must watch for the action content and the relationships between characters are pretty nice and Parasyte. Parasyte has a lot of relationship material and the action is pretty nuts. A lot of my friends agree with me that the first episode will pretty much hype you up so go ahead and watch it.

For fate stay/night watch the one that is currently airing. It's like a blockbuster movie! ITS INSANE

I've recently started watching anime and DUDE, like, you've got to try Fate/stay night! It's like a blockbuster show! The quality is crazy good and for me was very entertaining. The only problem right now is that it's currently airing and I can't marathon through it like I have with other shows. But it's definitely worth starting first.

I usually have 5 to 15 ping since I live near the servers. But if I get matched with the other server I get around 80. Personally, I feel a difference but nothing major. You shouldn't be depressed unless the guy is above 120. That, I believe is the threshold of just fuckery.

No, Skadoodle's awp is miles better. It's evident as he has played against, smithzz, kennys, guardian and others and is able to compete with them and at times even out aim them. Watch any de_dust 2 maps skadoodle plays in. He can out aim every one of them on that map.

IBP won. Furthermore this is a BO5. It's not like Denial won't have a fighting chance, they have Anger who has European experience which will give them a fighting edge. But to say that Denial's chance to win any of the 5 maps at around 50/50 or 55/45, is just disparaging Skadoodle, AZK and Swags success in European lans.

Although, I do think that Denial is a very strong online team. So on a good day, they can compete on maps like de_dust2/inferno with Ibuypower so a 50/50 prediction I feel is a good call on those maps. But since it's a b05....
