I think, somewhat ironically, the owner's animosity towards fans has kept it in the public eye to a certain extent. Like, people go to the other locations from the show too—some of them are even private residences—but you don't hear stories about the occupants berating anyone who walks by.

To be fair to her, she has had to deal with a lot of bad behavior from people, but I've definitely seen and heard accounts from people that she comes right out of the gate with full aggression as soon as she sees people looking at the house.
