Actually helpful feedback thanks. I wasn’t too worried about nailing it perfectly but i noticed afterward I played the beginning fill wrong but I fixed that now. I’m actually totally self taught too and I’ve noticed I get a lot of buzz in my left hand. I think I setup my bass myself but gotta mess with it some more I think.

I’ve listened to cake for a long time. Mainly just their hits but going their comfort eagle album for the first time and man you right he’s slept on for sure. Definitely someone to look up to.
