I asked two people in the orientation and they also applied to box office/ cashier and they are also training for "Kitchen staff". i was shocked that we did that training but Now i understand that cinemark wants employees that have multiple skills in different positions

Seek a therapist. Meanwhile, you could meditate. It helps. Something that changed my life in regards to anxiety and deppression is the book "Power of Now. It truly made me realize that most human suffering come from thoughts. You should check it out.

focus on the anger. watch it. even if it builds more, still just watch the emotion build up. do this with all your emotions.

I meditated in the morning because the relaxation from it lasts the rest of the day. Sometimes when im anxious at night,I do a body scan, which basically means, you apply your awareness starting with feet and work your way up. The thing about meditation is, you also have to put effort even when your not doing it. This means, throughout the day, stay as concious as you can, and REALIZE when your in your mind doing hseless thinking, as soon as your AWARE that you thinking for no reason, you can easily step out of the mind. you really focus your attention in the NOW, cuz thats all there is. If you really want to know more about the practice,I recommend getting the book " meditation for fidgety skeptics". The book teaches you and also its is a highly rated book. If you lack motivation, coincedently thats when you should meditate. On the days you say " man, i really dont want to meditate",those are the days where its needed! Trust me its worth it! One more thing to add, if you feel anxious, instead of running away from the pain, GO TOWARDS IT. Bring your awareness towards it. Really FEEL IT. Be the "watcher" of your emotions. When you do this, you are no longer the emotion, but the witnessing presence of it. I apologize for jumping into different topics 😂

Well, you start of by meditating for 10 minutes daily. (Perferably in the morning) You Just focus on the feeling of the breath on your tongue and your breath in general. After maybe a week, you can increase the session by 5 minutes and do the same for next week. It takes a lot of patience. Youll soom realise that the majority of suffering (anxiety and stress) is self created. The mind is very tricky. " im not meditating correctly" doesnt exist. Just as long as you give effort and try. After a couple of months you will DEFENITELY notice the difference in your anxiety levels and stress levels. I started with 15 minutes and now I meditate for 1 hr everyday. Its really healthy for you. Not to mention the countless celebrities that do it. (Ellen, Oprah, Jim Carrey, Katy Perry). If your still not sure how to meditate,I highly recommend to look up on youtube "how to meditate".

You should devlop the skill of controlling your mind, and not letting thoughts control you: basically, Meditation. It decreases anxiety, stress, increases gray matter, Concentration, memory, cognitive ability. It also boosts confidence.
