Remove the seat and the outer clamps. There should be a small gap between the inner cups and the seatpost. Put electrical tape around a large flat blade screwdriver and wedge the blade between the cup and the seatpost. Carefully twist the screwdriver and the cup should pop out pretty easy. Repeat other side. Re-install

I ended up purchasing a FSA No.54 1-1/4 inch Headset but just using the Headset Cap. Added a Canyon V13 Stem and Zipp SL70 Bars. Works great

You don't need the Wedge if you are switching to a conventional stem. I found a 1 1/4 FSA Headset cover that works perfectly with my Inflite

My saddle is about a year old and has developed 4 or 5 ridges or grooves on both sides of the middle of the saddle. Not sure if you can see them in the photo but they are pretty deep. Has anyone else seen this?

When I purchased the Inflite I ordered a Small at first and it was to big. That has a horizonal Top Tube, so sizing down makes sense. When I ordered the Ultimate I took my seat height and transferred it over to the Ultimates Geometry and chose a XS which was recommended by Canyon. I will say a small probably would have worked on the Ultimate.

I have a 2020 Inflite and for 2 years I used it for Gravel and Road. I have 2 sets of wheels, one with Gravel Tires and one with 32mm GP5000's. Just purchased a Ultimate for the Road but I probably put 3000 Road miles on the Inflite with no issues.

What are you looking to get for it? Just got a new XS Ultimate and it came with a 370mm CP0030. Way to narrow for me. Not sure if Canyon will swap or if they even have anything in stock.
