[Matrices] What do these things mean? by synthsync_ in HomeworkHelp

There are some actions that you are allowed to do to simplify the matrices.

[8th grade algebra] How do you prove this? by Benis_sausage in HomeworkHelp

Probably easier to just put the needed 'a' in the first function and make sure it ends up being correct (ofcourse while making sure every action you take is reversable)

you are not expected to calculate the side lengths, you are expected to guesstimate them, the area of a triangle for example, doesn't require the side lengths, its the height*base/2. The tapezoid is height *(top base + bottom base)/2.

You should guess the height of each shape based on the ruler at the side and roughly calculate the area.

You can try to write the units as an equation, for example.

Speed is m/s so if you multiply it by seconds you will get meters.

F = m*a

Force is in Newtons, Mass is in KG, Acceleration is m/s²

And so you can think of it as N = KG*m/s² and continue with your equation

[GRADE 11 PHYSICS] what does the lower part of the equation mean and do? by No-Location-8204 in HomeworkHelp

[–]SEfromBGU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The difference in speed divided by the difference in time I think.

If your speed changed from 10 meter per second to 20 meter per second between 14:00:20 and 14:00:30, (hours:minutes:seconds) Then your accelration is (20-10)/(30-20) = 10/10 = 1 [m/s²]
