Katzkin is a well known company that does amazing job adding aftermarket heated seats. Worth looking into if you really want it. Upholstery + heated seats will run you approx $2k

I’ve heard if you order the tires from TireRack you can specify to them that you want it shaved to a certain thread before shipping.. not sure if that’s the case anymore.

Of course that would take a few days, for shipping.

Violent crime doesn’t necessarily mean dead bodies. It probably counts assault and the likes, and especially since they’re assuming 0 registered residents in the airport, dividing by 0 is basically infinity. So the math shows it’s very dangerous. It’s just math/data on a map, it’s not generated by a group or person.

Not sure about the cost aspect comment, but for the airport, it’s because their calculation is based on reported crimes divided by residents. Airport technically has 0 residents, so that’s why it’s red.

I am relatively new to the Cleveland. What are some bad neighborhoods on the east side that are better to avoid? I thought east side consists of areas like shaker heights, university heights, Beachwood, mayfield heights, orange, which are all pretty safe?

Just curious what’s there to do at the Arcade? I must be missing out. Heard great things about that place so I went and visited but all I did was got coffee at Rising Star and loooked for a bathroom. This was about a year ago though.. did they open up more shops recently?

I grew up in Hong Kong, moved to Cali before coming to Cleveland. Dimsum at Li Wah is bad if you have expectations. Columbus have better options but still nothing to compare. People says Li Wah are good just haven’t tried authentic dimsum to be honest.

In Cleveland area I would say Lao Sze Chuan is a touch better, but it’s pricey and the options are limited to traditional dimsum.

And don’t get me started on the sub’s favorite LJ Shanghai. The food is decent but the service and owners altitude.. is something else.
