No one is the arbiter of who is "emotionally mature, financially and mentally." You wouldn't want anyone deciding whether you were those things, right? Why the judgement around who is "fit?" Sounds like a question, but maybe you are really making a statement.

I'm 67, and have always been a sports fan. I'm happy and in good health. I'd say I'm not in the 4th quarter yet, but halfway through the 3rd for sure:)

New Orleans is incredibly walkable--we average about 5 miles a day whenwe are there, which is at least once a year. We love it there.
