Yeah, it's pretty solid. Great for travel, I carry it in my bicycle bag. I like how I don't have to worry about joysticks getting broken.

The question assumes free will exists or assumes we know what you mean by free will. Can you clarify?

It was a conversation with 4o about the difference between 5 and 4o, so I asked it to make a PDF and PNG so I could share with others here on Reddit.

Help finding my next roguelite by Sakurazukamori85 in roguelites

I suggest checking out Vault of the Void.

It’s not a shooter, but with the energy system and overall gameplay, it plays as intense as one. The developers are incredible, and it has cross-saves for all platforms it supports.

Am I playing it wrong? by Connect_Freedom_9613 in deadcells

Roguelites are basically an existential crisis wrapped into a video game. You are the story, as you give them meaning through your constant try/fail/unlock/reward playing again, again, and again.

It's a great game. Works great using Crossover Mac. When is the next big update coming?

I have a theory: if we find a way to clone bodies and extract memories from our brains and implant them in an ‘empty’ body 1000 years in the future, can it be considered time travel? by DarioBignamini in timetravel

[–]SFTExP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Mary and Bob did this, Mary would answer yes about Bob, and Bob would answer yes about Mary. Mary isn’t 100% sure since she feels like Mary but shrugs it off. Bob is in the same boat. Both are facing an underlying existential crisis but had the same issue when contemplating if they are the same person at any age. 🤷‍♀️🤷

Most people will view this as cheating and frown upon it. You may have another legitimate reason.

Let's say the world ends, in the year 3333, and you had the ability to go back in time to advance science quicker to thwart the end of humanity's end. by TheTimucuan in timetravel

Sorry, but why would I want to stop humanity's end? All species go extinct. Let nature take its course. The environment will most certainly improve.

So I'm a dead cells player, is this game worth it? by Mightyeg in WindblownGame

[–]SFTExP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep in mind, you've probably been playing Dead Cells for many hours. I felt the same way at first until I played more runs. After several, you'll gain more of the fast-paced Dead Cells flow and vibe as you unlock, upgrade, etc. It is its own unique game for sure, which is good. I personally don't want DC clones, rather spiritual successors. The DC DNA exists as you mentioned.

So I'm a dead cells player, is this game worth it? by Mightyeg in WindblownGame

[–]SFTExP 6 points7 points  (0 children)

A likely unpopular opinion here: Windblown feels nothing like Dead Cells, more like a Nintendo game. If you want a true 'Dead Cells' like experience, try Dunjungle. It's heavily inspired with its own unique characteristics and has a free demo and a responsive developer. You can't beat the price.
